At the Community Care Clinic we care for patients who suffer from chronic diseases that often require 3 to 4 visits per year. The average cost to the clinic for primary and follow-up visits is $83.00 per visit for services, medical supplies and some medications. With multiple visits per year the cost is approximately $300.00 per patient per year. For a one time donation of $300.00 or for as little as $25.00 per month, you can “Adopt A Patient” to help pay for their care for an entire year.
