Do you accept any type of insurance?

No.  The Community Care Clinic can ONLY accept patients who are uninsured.  


Do you charge for services?

No.  The Community Care Clinic provides free on-site care for the uninsured.  We ask that you consider a $5 donation, but it is not required for care.  


Do you provide dental and vision services?

The Community Care Clinic does not provide on-site Dental or Vision care.  We do have some grant funding to refer patients out for dental and vision services.  These funds are limited and reserved for Community Care Clinic established patients only. (6 months established)


Do you prescribe State Controlled Substances?

No. 


Do you accept walk-ins?

At this time the Community Care Clinic can not accept walk-ins.  Please call 828-265-8591 to make an appointment. 


Can I utilize your specialty clinics if I am NOT a patient of the Community Care Clinic?

No.  Our specialty clinics (orthopedics, neurology, gynecology, physical therapy) are funded and restricted for Community Care Clinic established patients only. 


Can I utilize your lab services if I am NOT a Community Care Clinic patient?

No.  Our lab services are funded and restricted for Community Care Clinic established patients only.
