    We want to make healthcare easier for you. That's why we provide free lab services right here in our clinic in Boone, North Carolina.

  • Reduced Cost Vision & Dental Care Referral

    Vision care is offered by Western Carolina Eye Associates. They help you take care of your eyes and vision if you have any problems with your eyesight or need a check-up.

    Dental care is provided by Steven Airey, DDS. He is a dentist who takes care of your teeth and gums. Regular check-ups are important for keeping your mouth healthy.

    Referrals to these resources are available only if you have been a patient at CCC for at least 6 months. If you need assistance with vision or dental care, contact the clinic to make an appointment and establish care today.

  • Free Community Resource Referral

    Our Community Resource Center is available to all community members regardless of patient status at the Community Care Clinic.

    The Resource Center is staffed by social work interns from Appalachian State University. Intern availability varies by semester, contact the Community Care Clinic if you would like to make an appointment.

    Walk-in services are available most days, please call before coming to confirm availability.
