Mental & Behavioral Health at the Community Care Clinic

Mental health is complicated, but our experienced team is ready to help. The Community Care Clinic offers free mental health therapy and medication management for many types of mental health medicines.

  • What is Therapy?

Therapy or counseling gives patients the time to sit down with a mental health expert. Therapy activities can be different for different patients; some patients just want someone to talk to, while others like concrete tasks to work on their problems.

Your mental health provider at CCC will help you figure out which approach will be most helpful for you.

Contact the clinic today to schedule an initial visit and take the first step towards treatment for conditions like anxiety, depression, or substance use.

  • What is Medication Management?

For many patients experiencing a mental health condition, the combination of therapy and medication is the most successful approach. There are many types of medicines for mental health, including antidepressants, antianxiety medicines, antipsychotics, and some medications which are prescribed “off label” that can help manage mental health symptoms.

CCC is able to provide medication management for many types of mental health medications. The clinic is not able to prescribe or manage controlled substances.
